Bullivants Head Office brightening up Christmas at Westmead Children's Hospital.
Bullivants Height Safety Manager, Jason Croke is very familiar with
the Westmead Children's Hospital through his own personal experiences with
his son. After witnessing some of the many hardships families experience with children needing hospital care he decided to get the Bullivants Head Office team involved in donating to this worthy cause.
Bullivants staff donated and wrapped 30 presents which were delivered to the hospital for opening on Christmas morning. We understand from the hospital volunteers that the children were very happy to receive their gifts, and that the efforts made by the team had greatly contributed to a great day for the kids. |

Bullivants Bunbury contributing safety to those in need.
Every year, the local radio station, Radio West in Bunbury runs an
appeal for donations of food items to provide needy families with hampers
for Christmas. Without these donations, several hundred families in the South West are unable to experience the joy of Christmas. This year Bullivants were contacted by morning radio host Cliff Reeve to ask for some advice on this year's idea for their charity drive show.
With the co-operation of Bullivants Bunbury branch & Collie Crane Hire, Cliff and Nay (Radio West's morning radio hosts) were "suspended" up to 61m in the air in a mancage and not allowed down until donations of non-perishable food, Christmas items and gifts were donated by generous members of the community. Bullivants provided the use of a mancage, bollards, barricading and height safety equipment, with Collie Crane Hire providing the crane, crane operator
and the rigger.
It was a very successful event, with donations far exceeding those received last year. The Salvation Army believed the day raised enough to provide hampers to all 300 families who had registered for assistance last year. Bullivants Bunbury were proud to be involved with such a worthy cause.

Bullivants Brisbane Branch Serious About Sport.
For the past eight years, Ray Furminger, (Storeperson, Bullivants
Brisbane), has been playing golf with the Centenary Tavern Social Club.
These are seriously, focused, tenacious sportsmen, brothers-in-arms, who never miss a game no matter rain or shine.
Ray has played in Tournaments such as: Match Play Champion, A & B Grade Champions and Match Play Foursomes. He’s been awarded the Clubman of the Year 2011 Trophy, and the Over 50’s Gallup Trophy (fondly referred to as the Geriatric Trophy).
