Our Service Capabilities

Our team of Field Service Technicians travel throughout the country to inspect, maintain, install and test products and equipment on-site. Our laboratories are NATA approved and our systems are quality assured to ISO9001. 

We have industry leading test equipment to comply with Australian Standards and ensure the safety of your equipment and people. The range of our services includes system or product selection based on the particular application. Our specialisation in lifting and rigging enables us to stay up to date with safety standards and best practices in the management of heavy loads. 

We further support our customers by having the most extensive distribution network. Our branches are strategically located around the country, which allows us to provide a quick turnaround of customer orders and services.

<p dir="ltr">Each inspection interval by a Bullivants FST will include:</p><ul><li dir="ltr">A completed site Service Agreement in conjunction with your company representative to agree on the scope of work to be completed. A site Job Safety Analysis (JSA) form must also be completed before our FST’s can commence work.</li><li dir="ltr">Tag inspections to ensure all items are colour coded with the agreed colour inspection tag for a nominated period and at the end of this period, the colour code will be replaced with an alternative colour. Items that are tagged out of service or need repair are listed and agreed how they will be managed with the customer.</li><li dir="ltr">Replacement or repaired equipment can be supplied with the current code tag and test certificates upon request.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">Colour coded ID signs can be provided and positioned in an agreed visible area on the customer’s site and are updated during each inspection.</li></ul>

The Bullivants Inspection Process
