Bullivants 1 tonne x 1 metre polyester Round Sling

We are contacting you as we have recently identified an issue with product information labels attached to a small number of Bullivants’ 1 tonne x 1 metre polyester round sling products (Sling).

We are aware your company has purchased from Bullivants, a Sling (or Slings) that correspond to the details set out in the table (above). As a precaution, we ask that you please ask necessary personnel to check your stock of Bullivants 1 tonne x 1 metre slings corresponding to the details in the above table and let us know if any of these items display a label or tag indicating that they have a working load limit (WLL) of 10 tonnes.

We confirm that all Slings supplied to you buy Bullivants with details corresponding to the information in the above table have a WLL of 1 tonne only and any Slings displaying a label / tag indicating a WLL of 10 tonnes should be quarantined from your existing stock and will be accepted for return to Bullivants at our cost and for a full refund of free-of-charge replacement. 

We confirm that this issue affects a very small number of Slings manufactured in batch number 8950494 and all Slings displaying a label / tag indicating a WLL of 1 tonne are safe to use.
