Bullivants 250 Kg Lever Hoist, WHS-L-0025-010-BVE

Bullivants is contacting its customers as we have recently been informed by our manufacturer of 250 Kg Lever Hoist WHS-L-0025-010-BVE of a potential out of tolerance condition generated during the manufacturing process of the braking seat.
 
 Our manufacturer has performed extensive product testing and identified one (1) Lever Hoist, serial number 2022680, with an out of tolerance condition relating to the braking seat. The Lever Hoist in question showed a slippage of 40 mm when lifting a 50 kg load prior to the brake engaging as by design.

While the Lever Hoist, serial number 2022680 engages the brake as by design, Bullivants recommends as a precaution to customers, that they return to the place of purchase, any Lever Hoist purchased between 1 March to 1 October 2021 with a serial number between 2022579 to 2022898, inclusive. Customers who return a lever hoist which matches the aforementioned description will have the option of a full refund or a free of charge replacement.
