Quality Matter:
While there have been no reported incidents due to this safety issue, Honeywell Personal Protective Equipment has issued this Product Market Action Notice as stitching may be missing at the shock absorbing pack, improper use of the product in the affected part numbers may result in serious injury or death. Honeywell have advised a non-destructive inspection method to check on the stitches.
