E614 and E614 Pole Straps

Bullivants is contacting your company as we have received recent advice of a quality matter from 3M, our supplier of E614 n E614 Pole Straps. 

3M have provided a Stop Use and Recall Notice for the Blue Webbing DBI-SALA E613 & E614 series Pole Strap certified to the superseded standard requirement AS/NZS 1891.1: 2007. 

This 3M Stop and Recall Notice does not affect any Pole Straps certified to AS/NZS 1891.5: 2020. 

During internal testing, 3M found that a percentage of certain AS/NZS certified blue pole straps exceeded the AS/NZS 1891.1:2007 slippage requirement of 25mm. 3M Australia does not believe there are any safety concerns with the certified products to the AS/NZS 1891.1: 2007 (when used as intended and specified use as per the instruction manual) Standard requirements when the pole strap is used as intended by the user of the pole strap.

Consistent with Bullivants’ commitment to quality and safety, we are providing this 3M Stop Use and Recall Notice for the blue DBI Sala™E613 and E614 – Series Pole Strap starting from Date of Manufacture: 16th March 2021.
